Does meal prep intimidate you?
. I know when I first started preparing meals ahead for the week, I felt lost, overwhelmed, and that each container belonged on a Pinterest fail board by the time it was over 😩🤦🏽♀️🤣 . The good news is, I learned a lot from many years of trial and error, hacks to make things go much quicker while still preparing delicious whole food based meals for the week. .
