Eating More than Ever and Still Losing Weight

Let’s talk about nutrition...there are a lot of misconceptions about what we should and shouldn’t eat, but the important thing to remember is that we need to focus on eating for FAT loss and not just WEIGHT loss...

There are so many fad diets and other drastic ways of eating that will make you lose weight, but often times lean muscle is sacrificed in the process, leading to rebound weight gain.

That is why it’s so important to get a good balance of all the macronutrients, including carbs (we all know the myths there, they are not bad for you if you’re consuming the right kind!) which I’m sure some of you are a little taken aback by the quantity in your plan.

I’m currently over 200 grams per day which scared me at first! But we have to remember that our bodies preferred fuel source is carbohydrates, they are the easiest to convert into energy, and when consumed with the proper balance of protein and micronutrients from fruits and veggies, they turn our bodies into fat burning machines! 🔥🔥🔥

For the first time in my entire life I’m eating more and seeing better results than ever, (even during my figure competition prep), but it takes time and consistency to get there!

I’d love to help you conquer your goals the right way, without starvation tactics or cutting carbs drastically...feel free to comment with any questions or email me if you’d like. 🙏

Win the day my friends! Let’s get #wonderfullyfit 👊
