While it may be tempting to go “low carb”, Keto, Paleo, or any other “miracle diet” you see all over the internet, often times it’s more beneficial to make practical changes to your current habits in order to see results. . Be open to educating yourself on portion control, meal timing and proper macronutrient balance before doing anything drastic. . More often than not, we shock our bodies initially with sudden change, but falter when we can’t stick to the new way of eating because it’s simply not sustainable for our lifestyle. . Take a rational, focused approach to your journey and you’ll find it’s easier to maintain. . Put in the work one day at a time, make healthier choices, and your body will respond! .
