Easy Berry Mango Smoothie

Kicking off this beautiful #Friyay with a delicious smoothie! I was expecting to be a little sore after yesterday's activities (a killer Shift Shop Speed 35 workout and Speed Play training with my friends at Fleet Feet Sports) but thankfully my stretching and post workout nutrition (as well as a solid 8 hours of sleep) helped my body recover to the fullest! Keeping the good vibes going today with clean eating and some strength training 💪

I truly believe that when you start the morning off with something nutritious and refreshing it can set the tone for the whole day!
This yummy Berry Mango smoothie has all that going on!


You'll need:
1/2 banana I used an organic Chiquita brand 🍌
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Bean #plantbased protein powder
2 tbsp Better Body Foods PBfit powder
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 🍓
4-5 chunks frozen mango
8 oz Califia Farms unsweetened almond milk
Blend until smooth and enjoy! I just love the beautiful color on this! 💜 is my favorite 💜
