Let's face it, 2020 has been quite a year! We have all been faced with challenges over the course of the last 11 months, and to be honest, it hasn't been a breeze for me! I had to take an extended break from the blog due to personal reasons, but I'm excited to be back and kicking off my 3rd annual "12 Days of Fitmas Challenge" along with a revised Holiday Wellness guide! Regardless of the circumstances, my passion for helping others will never fade, and I look forward to improving this website and blog for all of you in the coming year!
