If you love pumpkin any time of year, this is a recipe you must try! I made some pumkin cookies for church the other day (they have lunch every Sunday after service) and had some leftover pumpkin to use up.
So I decided to make a delectable healthy blend with the rest of the purée...this Green Pumpkin smoothie won't disappoint! My 2 year old couldn't get enough...sneaking in greens and the fact that pumpkin is loaded with vitamins and minerals, well that's a recipe for success if you ask any mamma 🤗 You'll need: 1 ripe banana (frozen) 3 cups baby spinach 3/4 cup pumpkin purée 1 date, pitted 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup cold water 2 scoops of Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean protein powder (or your protein of choice) Ice (optional for a thicker, milkshake consistency) Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Makes two servings!
