Wake up with gratitude...
. This is easier said than done. . Often as soon as the alarm goes off we are flooded with the laundry list of to-do items for the day. . As we grudgingly get out of bed (most days, let’s be honest) to start the day, our routines kick in to full gear. . Let’s change this habit...instead take a few moments to reflect on what a blessing it is to WAKE UP before you start the grind. . Appreciate the gift of breath, your very existence. . Recognize that this new day is an opportunity to live, not merely to exist going through the motions. .
