A beautiful day calls for a beautiful breakfast...smoothie bowls are a great way to pack lots of nutrition into a meal, and it's okay to get creative with your combinations and toppings! I bought a fresh passion fruit the other day, and after getting my fill of the fresh fruit by itself, I decided to try it in a smoothie. We had a nasty round of colds at our house recently and the extra vitamin C was welcome for our recovering immune systems. Not only is this smoothie healthy, but it's delicious too!
To make this delectable meal, you'll need: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen passion fruit 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut milk (I used So Delicious Organic) 2 scoops of #Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean Protein 1/2 cup water Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, it will be thick! You may need to add a little more liquid to get the right consistency if all of your fruit is frozen. ❄️ Makes 2 servings Toppings- you pick! I used 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries, raspberries and a few pomegranate seeds, 1/2 of a golden kiwi and 1 TBSP of hemp hearts 💛 ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
