Why don’t we approach our health with the same urgency as other areas of our lives?
. “I’ll start tomorrow.” . “Maybe on Monday...” . “Well, I ate a bad lunch so the rest of the day is shot anyway...” . This has all too often been me in the past. . Making excuses and putting off what I KNEW needed to happen to improve myself for no legitimate reason. . When you realize how damaging this is in the long term, is it really worth it to keep putting your best self off? . Think about how many YEARS are wasted for all the times you’ve said “maybe tomorrow” or “next week” that turned into more time regressing instead of moving closer to your goals. . No matter the circumstances, whether you fall down or have a bad day, don’t hesitate to pull yourself out of the mire. . Reach out to someone you trust and ask for help, or even just an ear to listen in those times...you don’t have to fight alone. . Know that every day you say yes instead of making excuses is an opportunity to experiencing something wonderful. . Start now. You’ll be thankful you did. ❤️ . ♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️ #startnow #mindsetmatters #noexcuses🚫 #drivendaily #wonderfullyfitmom
